This introduction caught my eye and I had great sympathy with the dogtraining problems and his feeling for his ‘best friend’.  We obtained our pet Billy – a Jack Russell mix from a pound and he was a nervous wreck at the beginning.  After a couple of months he became a very dominant and aggressive dog in our family home to the point of barking furiously and actually nipping us on the legs and arms when we wanted to leave the house.

In fact my daughter still has the bite marks on her leg, after about 7 years, where he grabbed her skin and would not let go. It was an awful time and we desperately wanted a way of stopping the bad behavior.

Dog training to stop the barking now

I cannot forget the effect our neighbors dogs had on my mother when they just continuously barked through the day and even sometimes in the night.  The noise really got to her nerves and she became quite depressed.

Barking dogs can be a nuisance in the home but it really becomes a major problem when the dog scares visitors or is aggressive to people, vehicles and other dogs when out walking.

How dog training helped my family

When we got our dog ‘Billy’ he was silent and nervous but after a few months his character changed dramatically when he became extremely aggressive when any of us tried to leave the house. He would bark wildly and would nip at our legs and arms to try and keep us in the house.  When out walking he would bark at every other dog and most people. This was not only embarrassing but it made it so noone really wanted to take him for a walk.

I remember that I received an email one day advertising the dog training series and this immediately caught my attention.  I signed up for the series and discovered how Steve trained his dog to not only get it under control but also to simply make the dog and the owner happy best friends.

We learned how to react to Billy’s ways and he quite quickly became the adorable family pet he is now. Dont get me wrong – he was adorable before the training – but only until we wanted to go to work or school! Now he is playful and although he is sometimes sad to see us go, we have not had trousers torn or been bitten since those days.

Steve is a great guy and has developed a way to almost read the dogs mind bring them under control and so bring peace and quiet to the home.

Dog barking training
